Team

Sagemeadow Capital Partners was founded in 2025 to be a trusted source of capital for founder and family-owned businesses seeking a strategic partner to drive growth, support succession planning, and preserve long-term value. While the firm itself is new, the Sagemeadow team brings deep experience in private equity and private credit—much of it earned while investing together. The firm’s Managing Partner, Jordan Sebold, worked alongside Michael Tait at Newstone Capital Partners LLC for 18 years, including five years with Scott Peckham before his departure to found and scale a lower middle-market building products company.
